Wolves in the northern Rockies are in grave danger: Fall hunting season soon begins and with it another mass slaughtering of wolves in states like Idaho and Montana. In Idaho, hunters and trappers can kill an unlimited number of wolves in gruesome ways, like chasing them down with hounds and snowmobiles. Montana rewards hunters with bounties for dead wolves.
