Ive always been hard on myself, self concious at times, a lot of it centered around my weight and appearence. I didnt like how i felt or looked. But looking back i was mislabeling myself along my own health and fitness journey by comparing it to others, even though i had no idea what was happening in their lives, and they had no idea what was happening in mine.
