Did you know that Grace Covenant Church hosts an AWANA program every year. And its back for the 23-24 session. AWANA is a membership organization that seeks to give children sound Biblical training through scripture memorization, games and a presentation of the gospel. AWANA stands for "Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed" and is taken from 2 Timothy 2:15. AWANA Clubbers can earn patches and pins, which are worn on their uniforms, by memorizing scripture and completing sections of their handbook. R

While “Activity Time” and being with friends definitely makes Awana Clubs fun, there’s so much more to club than that. Our midweek ministry curriculum was designed to instill strong faith in kids — the kind that sticks with them their whole lives. But does the design work? We can answer that with a resounding “YES.” In a study of over 1,000 adults who experienced Awana as kids: - 80% now participate weekly in a church or faith gathering. ➡️ 26% more than the U.S. average - 82% shared their faith

Our AWANA Clubbers wrapped up an incredible year with a celebration full of worship, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Kids ages 2–12 spent the year diving into God’s Word, memorizing scripture, and growing in their understanding of Jesus’ love. This special night was all about honoring their hard work and celebrating what God has done in their hearts.
