Today we do routine maintenance on the 2007 Chevy Cobalt by replacing the rear brake pads. The old Cobalt started making a grinding noise in the rear so we knew we had some brake pad issues. We went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and purchased a set of rear brake pads for around $35. After a quick Google search, we found there is a trick for compressing the brake calipers on this specific vehicle. You'll have to watch to find out what that is!
