罪悪感なく食べれる長芋のお好み焼き✨ 形を保てるギリギリラインでとろっとろ🤩 誕生日ギフトでお友だちからケンタッキーのバーレルをいただき、期限も近いのでどちらも食べました🙌 ちなみに食べきれないのでお友だちを呼んでます🤣 【とろとろ長芋お好み焼き】 ＜約2人前＞ * 長芋 … 300g * 米粉 … 大さじ3〜4 * 白だし … 大さじ1 * キャベツ … 1/4玉くらい * 揚げ玉 … 好きなだけ * 紅生姜 … 好きなだけ * ネギ … たっぷり * 豚肉 … 6〜8枚 * ごま油 * お好みソース、マヨネーズはお好みで ＜作り方＞ ① 長芋をすりおろす ② ボウルに長芋、米粉、白だしを入れて混ぜる。 (※混ぜすぎない) ③ キャベツ・紅生姜・揚げ玉・ネギを入れる → 揚げ玉は多めがおすすめ ④ フライパンまたはホットプレートに油を熱して生地を流して上に豚肉を並べる。 ⑤ 中火で3〜4分、裏返して蓋して4分くらい。 ⑥ 最後蓋なしで強火30秒で完成。
