Also known as the "thumb piano," the mbira is more than just music – it's a bridge to our ancestors, a keeper of stories, and a symbol of identity. Traditionally played by the Shona people, the mbira is made from a hardwood soundboard fitted with metal keys. It’s played using the thumbs and fingers, producing beautiful, hypnotic melodies that have echoed
