A man was charged Wednesday with felony murder, first-degree arson and attempted methamphetamine manufacturing in connection with a fatal Tulsa County meth lab fire.
Naval personnel also seized "thousands of liters and kilos of chemical precursors," the Secretariat of the Navy said Wednesday.
